ABOUT US
We are Capistrano Valley High School's track and field team, located in Mission Viejo, CA. We have a boys and girls frosh soph team, and a boys and girls varsity team, which compete in dual meets, invitationals, and CIF throughout our season. We are a part of the Sea View League, the Coast View Conference, and CIF-SS D2.We have a wide range of events: distance, hurdles, jumps, pole vault, sprints, and throws. There's something for everyone!Our Head Coach is Scott Schepens, and he has been coaching for our team since 2017. Accompanying Schepens, we have a variety of other specialized event coaches.We are the Girls Varsity 2019 Seaview League Champions, and the alumni school of many collegiate track and field athletes.We're looking forward to a great 2022-2023 season!
